#outofblue ist Teil der Electronic Literature Organization Conference 2014. Die diesjährige ELO Conference findet unter dem Titel „Hold the Light“ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA) statt.
„The Conference and Media Art Show invite proposals on any subject concerning verbal artworks with significant electronic or computational elements. Contributions to previous ELO events have addressed the history and state of the art, intersections of poetics and technology, the nature of digital literarcies, problems of interpretation, and the place of electronic literature in various cultural processes.“
Die ELO Conference fragt sich nicht weniger als: „What can we mean by electronic literature now, and in years to come?“ Dieser in die Zukunft gerichtete Blick ist es, was diese Konferenz sowie die gesamte Electronic Literature Organization so interessant macht.
Im Rahmen der Media Art Show wurde #outofblue für die Galerie der „1st Encounter“ ausgewählt. Ich freu mich sehr, mit #outofblue in der ELO Conference vertreten zu sein!
